OUR MISSION

Our mission is to advance social justice and promote the public good by providing charitable, educational, and advocacy services to individuals and communities who are underserved and lack the resources or capacity to effectively advocate for themselves. We work to address systemic inequities by educating the public, supporting impacted individuals, and promoting equitable access to essential services and opportunities. The organization focuses on protecting human dignity and civil rights, supporting individuals affected by poverty, discrimination, age, disability, incarceration, immigration-related barriers, and institutional neglect. Through nonpartisan advocacy, community education, referrals, and direct assistance, we help individuals—particularly senior citizens, immigrants, and marginalized populations—navigate complex local, state, and federal systems. Our activities include education on civil rights, community-based solutions to public safety and accountability, consumer protection awareness, and efforts to reduce the impact of racial inequities and institutional practices that disproportionately harm vulnerable populations. All activities are conducted exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Justice is not a privilege. It is a right, and we fight to make it accessible to all.

OUR VISION

A society where justice, dignity, and access to opportunity are not privileges, but guaranteed for all. We envision a just and inclusive society in which every individual, regardless of their race, age, disability, income, immigration status, or life circumstances, has equitable access to safety, opportunity, and essential public services. Our vision is a future where communities are informed and empowered, institutions operate with transparency and accountability, and the most vulnerable individuals are supported with dignity, fairness, and respect.

A LETTER FROM THE CEO

Dear Supporters and Advocates,

At the heart of our work is a commitment to stand in the gap for individuals who are unheard, underserved, and unable to advocate for themselves. We advance social justice through charitable, educational, and nonpartisan advocacy that protects human dignity and helps people navigate systems that too often feel overwhelming and inaccessible.

We walk alongside senior citizens seeking guidance through complex government processes; Black and Brown people disproportionately impacted by discriminatory and racist policing practices; immigrants facing barriers to essential services; and individuals whose civil rights are threatened by poverty, discrimination, or institutional neglect. Our work is grounded in

compassion, education, and accountability, ensuring people are treated with fairness, dignity, and care. We envision a society where every person, regardless of race, age, disability, income, or immigration status, can live with safety, respect, and access to opportunity. This work is not political…it is human. We invite you to stand with us. Support our work, share our mission, or reach out if you or someone you love needs advocacy. Together, we can help ensure that no one faces injustice alone.

With gratitude,

Nadia Sellers, CEO
